RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return new, unworn merchandise, in its original condition, within 20 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the reason for return is the result of our error or manufacturing defect. If merchandise is exchanged, ground shipping will be provided, at our expense, for the new product to be shipped back to you. In the case that we are sold out of product or if product is bought at a discounted price, exchange for a new item may be applied. Please email howdy@seagerco.com before shipping your return; include your order number and the reason for the exchange.

WESTERN HAT EXCHANGE POLICY
You may exchange new, unworn and undamaged Western Hats, in its original condition, within 20 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the reason for the exchange is the result of our error or manufacturing defect. You will ship the Western Hat back to the address provided below; ground shipping will be provided, at our expense, for the new Western Hat to be shipped back to you. In the case that we are sold out of the Western Hat requested or if the Western Hat is bought at a discounted price, exchange for a new item may be applied.
