GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • WHAT IS SEAGER'S RETURN POLICY?

    You may return new, unworn merchandise, in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt. In the case that an item is returned not in its original condition, the order will no longer be eligible for a return and will be sent back to the original address associated with the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the reason for return is the result of our error or manufacturing defect. In the case that we are sold out of a product or if the product is bought at a discounted price, exchange for a new item may be applied.

  • WHEN DOES SEAGER RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?

    We have some staples that stick around and carry over through the seasons, but the majority of our products are not restocked once sold out.

  • DOES SEAGER EVER HAVE SITE-WIDE SALES?

    Our only sitewide sale is Black Friday through Cyber Monday. All orders placed in that window are final sale and only eligible for return by store credit or exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.

SHIPPING

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

    Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase date, Monday through Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following business day.

  • CAN I PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.

  • DOES SEAGER OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

    We do! All U.S. orders $100+ qualify for free shipping.

WESTERN HATS

  • WHAT DO I DO IF I'M IN-BETWEEN A SIZE FOR WESTERN HATS?

    We recommend sizing up if you fall in between hat sizes. Hat spacers can always be purchased to help fill space to ensure a proper fit.

  • WHAT SHAPE IS THE LONGHORN STYLE?

    The Longhorn 4x Hat is an oval shape.
