Longhorn 4X Hat Black
The 'Longhorn' is our take on an early 20th century cowboy hat. Made popular by our collaborative hat with Stetson [The Bull Session], the new 'Longhorn' comes updated with a 4 1/2" cattleman crown, custom Seager silk red liner, and 4" brim with a Western Flange. It features a two-cord ribbon hat band with our custom horseshoe pin. 4X quality wool felt.

I'm usually partial to my Resistol so the craftsmanship on the Longhorn was what I was most worried about. But the hat holds up just as well as an American crafted hat oughta. Well done Seager. A true, durable classic.

I own a few hats, including a Resistol 4x from the 1980s, which was made of a much higher quality felt, that’s soft to the touch. The Longhorn is very stiff and a bit rough in comparison, but I wear it more than the Resistol. I’ve owned it for about 7 months and I’ve worn it more times than I can count and have lost count of the compliments I’ve received. I even purchase a black version for my girl. Highly recommended.
