All Seager x Justin Boots must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and packaged in the original Justin Boots box. That box must then be placed inside a separate cardboard box for shipping. Returns that are not packaged this way may not be accepted.

You can return new, unworn items within 30 days as long as they’re in original condition. Shipping charges aren’t refundable, and a $6.55 return fee is deducted from refunds unless you choose store credit. Final Sale items are not returnable. Please note, online orders can’t be returned at our San Juan Capistrano store.

    Beautiful boots

    The boots I received were beautiful! The leather, the stitching, the color. Beautiful. But I ordered a size 11.5D and received a size 9D (the box even said 11.5D). So this review is based only on the appearance, not the fit and feel. I’ll update if/when I get the correct size.
