To start off the hat is really great quality material and a good fit for anyone. When I first received my order the hat had a small green pen mark on it that was visible on the front of the hat. It was a bummer to then see that they were all sold out, but I emailed them anyway to see if there was anything they could do for me. I got in contact with Jacob and he was so nice and answered my email quickly. The ended up being able to send me a replacement free of charge and it came in looking pristine so fast after being shipped that same day I emailed. Overall, they went above and beyond to fix my problem and make great hats.
